A growing family with 2 young daughters needed more room, “one bathroom just isn’t cutting it and it’s going to get worse!” complained the household head living with 3 females.
In the new design the existing historic facade was maintained and the footprint extended only in the rear to comply with the Historic District guidelines. A pop-up attic with a loft office and a bathroom was added. The existing floor plan was reconfigured within the existing structure with 2 bathrooms, a more private master suite, a formal living room and dining room, and a combined kitchen and family room with views to a historic street.
