With 26 years of residential and commercial experience I have been doing design and construction documentation for homeowners to realize their dream homes, and developers and business owners to build-out their spaces and start making money. With my drawings contractors can pull permits and begin the building process.
Your new business, home or remodel is created in 3d construction software from initial sketches after meeting multiple times and emailing images to understand the look and feel of your dream spaces. Then, so you know exactly what is being created, an incredible 3d rendering add-on called Lumion is utilized. 3d views are captured from the construction model, both exterior and interior, and your new spaces can be seen before building.
Because all 3d renderings and 2d construction drawings are pulled real-time from the same 3d construction model, this results in extremely accurate 3d to 2d translation of floor plans, elevations, sections and schedules. The suns path can be placed and energy calculations and natural light sources pulled from the 3d model as well. The time-saving aspects of this software are why my fees are much lower than market rates.
